Hale County Meals on Wheels delivers a nutritious noon-time meal to an average of 120 clients each weekday.  Recipients must live in the city limits of Plainview or in the Seth Ward community.

Meals are $4.00 each.  A large percentage of our clients qualify for free meals through the Texas Department of Human Services.  Qualification is based on age, income and disability.  To contact this department, call 806-293-5193, or go by 2907 W. 7th.

Meals are provided free of charge through community donations and grants for individuals under hospice care; and for 10 days for those who have recently been released from the hospital or nursing facility.
